PTFE can be made into membrane with screening function. Because PTFE can withstand such high temperature, it is safe and nontoxic at the specified temperature of about 250℃, but if it continues to heat up, for example, if it exceeds 300℃, toxic molecules will gradually decompose. Crucible and beaker with colored teflon tape can be used for sample digestion, acid removal, boiling and evaporation. The appearance of PTFE crucible and beaker is pure white. According to the performance of chemical resistant teflon tape, the product of this material can resist corrosion, strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and almost all other organic solvents, and there is no dissolution, adsorption and precipitation. PTFE products are also resistant to atmospheric aging, irradiation and low permeability. All PTFE vessels will not be altered after long-term storage of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, bromate and various organic solvents.
